Assemble the pie. Take the Crust mixture out of the fridge and roll out 2/3 of the Crust on a floured surface. Place into a greased pie pan. Pour Apple Layer mixture on top of bottom layer of Crust. Pour Cream Cheese Layer mixture on top of Apple Layer. Roll out the remaining 1/3 of the Crust and cut into strips. Assemble strips on top of pie to form a lattice. Brush additional Butter on top of the lattice and dust with Sugar.
